All of our products have a full manufacturers warranty within United States. Warranty issue must be dealt with directly through the manufacturer with which the warranty is held. Allocation of shipping and handling charges lies with the discretion of the manufacturer with which the warranty is held.

Jura-Capresso: Coffee machines and Semi-Automatic espresso machines have a 1 year parts and labor warranty directly through Capresso. Super Automatic machines are commercially rated and carry either a 1 year parts and labor if used residentially or if used in an office/ commercial environment it carries a 6 month warranty directly through Capresso. Saeco: 1 year limited parts and labor directly through Saeco. Warranty questions can be directed to Saeco at 1-800-933-7876.
